You can help us scale emerging carbon removal technologies. We direct 2% of each payment through Stripe to carbon removal. Carbon removal projects are sourced and vetted by Frontier's team of science and commercial experts.

Questions & Answers

What payment methods are supported?

You can subscribe through PayPal and Stripe. If you subscribe through Stripe, we will direct 2% of the payment amount to carbon removal — hence this being the recommended payment method. We will not be accepting any other payment methods due to security policies.

Can I transfer my subscription to another server?

Yes. You can transfer your subscription to any server where you have Administrator privileges. This can be done on your profile page under "Subscriptions". There is a cooldown period of 4 days after every transfer.

Can I change my subscription?

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time. This can be done on your profile page under "Subscriptions". If your Discord account gets terminated, you can contact us and we will cancel the subscription for you, as long as you can provide a Payment/Transaction ID.

Can my company get a payment receipt?

Yes. An increasing amount of businesses run TicketBot and requires payment receipts for VAT/accounting purposes. You can find and download all your prior payments on the profile page under "Transactions".

If I don't like TicketBot, can I get a refund?

Yes. If you bought TicketBot Premium or Enterprise and it does not satisfy you within the first two days, you may be eligible for a refund. Please forward your questions regarding our refund policy to us through Discord/Email.

Who is behind TicketBot?

TicketBot is devised and developed by Kristian, Johan and Marcus — all of whom have been part of the gaming/software development scene for the last 10+ years. TicketBot was initially released in 2017 as a support system for one of the largest game server communities in Denmark. In 2019 came an update which also made the bot available to the public. Since then, TicketBot have been in rapid development and now serves millions of users spread across many industries and niches.
